Refund policy

For Bronc & Brand Co. we take pride in our unique, custom-printed shirts created just for you. As each shirt is printed individually to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than quality issues.

If you receive a shirt that has a quality problem, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will address the issue promptly and ensure that you receive a product that meets our high standards. Thank you for your understanding and support.

For The Brushed Bronc furniture we pride ourselves on our quality. 

Due to the unique, handmade, and often custom nature of our upcycled and refurbished furniture, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged due to shipping (only if we have arranged the shipping, no responsibility will be taken once an item leaves our possession if it has been picked up).

Shipping Damage If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue—this may include a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Custom Orders Custom pieces are non-refundable. A deposit is required before work begins, and final payment is due before delivery or pickup. Please review and confirm all design choices before production.

Color and Finish Disclaimer Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings. Variations and imperfections are part of the charm and character of upcycled and handmade pieces.
