Processing Time
T-shirts are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping times vary by location and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or customs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping speed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Local Delivery & Pickup
We offer pickup by appointment for customers. 

Shipping Large Items
For pieces that require freight shipping, please contact us before purchasing to arrange a quote and discuss logistics. Shipping is not automatically included in the price of furniture items.

Handling Time
Furniture is typically ready for pickup or shipping within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Custom orders will have a longer lead time, discussed at the time of booking.

Delivery Conditions
Please ensure you measure your space before ordering. We are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to size constraints (e.g., doorways, staircases).

Shipping Damage
If your furniture arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and offer a repair or compensation if appropriate.
